Welcome to Allied Digital Invoice. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our FBR-compliant invoicing, inventory, and business management services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of Allied Digital Invoice, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Allied Digital Invoice provides a cloud-based ERP platform including digital invoicing compliant with FBR requirements, inventory management, purchase orders, customer management, bank reconciliation, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not use it to violate any laws, infringe others' rights, transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
5. FBR Compliance
Our invoicing features are designed to comply with FBR digital invoicing requirements. You remain responsible for ensuring your business operations and data submissions comply with applicable tax and regulatory requirements in Pakistan.
6. Intellectual Property
Allied Digital Invoice and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. You may request data export before termination where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
